The default drop-off time for a stop is 5 min. You can change the drop-off time globally for all your stops or change it individually after you have added it into Logistia for routing.
To change the default drop-off time globally:
- Open the ☰ Menu
- Go to Settings
- Find the Default drop-off time (mins) under ‘Delivery’
- Enter the time in minutes of your preference
To change the default drop-off time for a single order:
- Add your stops in Logistia
- Open details of the order you wish to change
- Find the Order drop-off time (mins)
- Enter the time in minutes of your preference
