Set up Customer Notifications

Set up the customer notifications:

  • Open the Menu
  • Go to Settings
  • If you want to send email notifications, enable one of the available email notifications (or both, you choose)
  • If you want to send SMS notifications, first choose a provider, then enable one of the available SMS notifications (or any combination)
  • Customize the templates
  • Test the notifications

You can see the list of triggers for the notifications, to make sure you are choosing the best for your business needs.
