Notifications are sent based on actions taken inside the platform, by either dispatchers or drivers.
There are 3 Customer notification triggers:

Next in Delivery notification SMS | Sens a text message to the next customer on the route | Automatic | When the driver clicks on Drive button to drive to the order’s address, that client will receive the notification |
Send order delivered notification email Order delivered notification SMS | Sends a confirmation email and/or text message the order has been delivered | Automatic | When the driver marks the order as delivered |
