Notifications are sent based on actions taken inside the platform, by either dispatchers or drivers.
There are 3 Customer notification triggers:

|Send client notification email
Delivery notification SMS
|Sends ETA to customers
|After optimizing the routes, there is a separate button to trigger the notification
|Next in Delivery notification SMS
|Sens a text message to the next customer on the route
|When the driver clicks on Drive button to drive to the order’s address, that client will receive the notification
|Send order delivered notification email
Order delivered notification SMS
|Sends a confirmation email and/or text message the order has been delivered
|When the driver marks the order as delivered
