In Logistia skipping orders is super easy.
The most simple way is to select the next order and leave the one you want to skip undelivered.
Retry later
If the driver wants to retry the delivery later during the route, then they should follow the next steps:
- Open the order’s details
- Click/Tap on More options
- Select Later Delivery and choose the Move as last order option
This action will move the order’s position to last and will require route reoptimization, which the drivers can do starting from their current location.
Change delivery date
If the client cannot receive the delivery on the date, drivers can change the delivery date by following the next steps:
- Open the order’s details
- Click/Tap on More options
- Select Later Delivery and choose the Deliver on another date option
- Select the date from the calendar and click OK
This action will move the order to the selected date, as unscheduled. The driver will not be able to see it anymore in the route.
