Add customer notes

There are two ways to add customer notes: as administrator or as a driver.

As administrator:

  • Go to the Clients menu
  • Search for the client that’s already in your database
  • Click on it to open the details
  • Find the Notes section and add the note

Drivers can add customer notes while on route:

  • Tap to open the order’s details
  • Find the Comments section and start typing the comment
  • Check the Add persistent note checkbox and add the comment
