There are two ways to add customer notes: as administrator or as a driver.
As administrator:
- Go to the Clients menu
- Search for the client that’s already in your database
- Click on it to open the details
- Find the Notes section and add the note
Drivers can add customer notes while on route:
- Tap to open the order’s details
- Find the Comments section and start typing the comment
- Check the Add persistent note checkbox and add the comment
