Customers will always need to know when will their delivery arrive and to reduce the number of questions you can let them see for themselves. Here’s how to set up the delivery tracking link in your notifications.
Send them a notification via email or SMS with a tracking link, where customers will see:
- The driver approaching their location
- The delivery’s ETA
- The order’s status: Out for Delivery, Next in Delivery, Delivered
- A summary of the products ordered
The email has a button that will take the customers to the tracking link and the default SMS Delivery notification had this parameter included.
