Rating and review

Customers can leave a rating and a review for their delivery experience. This helps you know what’s going great and what needs to be improved.

Send the ETA notification, along with the tracking link. And when the delivery is finished, customers have the option to leave a rating between 1 to 5 stars and optionally leave a message. You’ll see the rating and their message inside the order’s details.

As the rating accumulates for a driver their average score will be displayed in the Employees menu. In the Reports you can access and analyze all the data.
