When the stop is marked “delivered”, the driver can show an area on their phone where they can capture the proof of delivery: the recipient’s signature and/or photo to show where they left the package.
Using Logistia mobile app:
- From the Deliveries list, open the order’s details
- Tap on the More options button
- Select Proof of Delivery
- Open the option you need:
- Capture the signature
- Take a photo
Opening the order details, admins and order managers can view all the delivery information once submitted. This information will also be sent to the recipient of that stop, notifying them of the delivery.
