Cancel an order

While drivers are en route, sometimes clients may change their minds and don’t want to receive the delivery anymore. Here’s how the drivers can mark an order as rejected.

  • Open the order’s details by tapping on it just above the action buttons
  • Tap on More options
  • Tap on the Drop-off rejected option
  • Select one of the predefined reasons, if they apply, or write the reason why the client canceled
