While drivers are en route, sometimes clients may change their minds and don’t want to receive the delivery anymore. Here’s how the drivers can mark an order as rejected.
- Open the order’s details by tapping on it just above the action buttons
- Tap on More options
- Tap on the Drop-off rejected option
- Select one of the predefined reasons, if they apply, or write the reason why the client canceled
