Change customer address

It’s important to have accurate data, and addresses are extremely important for a great delivery experience.

If you need to correct a customer’s address that’s already been added to Logistia, follow the next steps:

  • Open the Menu
  • Go to Clients
  • Search for the client you want to change the address to and click on Edit
  • From the Address section, click on the edit icon
  • On the map, drag the pin over the exact location of the client’s address
  • Click on Set Address
  • Click on Save (top-right corner)

Next time the customer will return for another order, Logistia will take the corrected pin.
